I Nearly Killed My Roommate
Yesterday my roommate Mike and I kayaked a few practice runs for the 2009 Northwest Creek Competition. I almost decapitated him. My Go Pro head cam was on and it captured every glorious second.
Things I don’t like to see
Sidewinder is not a rapid I like. A technically difficult line leads directly into a dangerous, intimidating undercut rock. All the water flows exactly where you don’t want to be. I’ve yet to run this rapid.
